St Patrick’s Day. Some people use it as a way of celebrating their heritage. Most, however, use it as an excuse to get blind drunk and party! And, as we all know, this over-exuberance often spills over into trouble, as a minority let the drink get to them a bit too much!
Here we see one such sozzled reveler. He and his buddy are in the process of getting arrested after, presumably, causing a bit of trouble outside the amusingly named Pig Pub. With the guy handcuffed and on the floor, the cops turn their attention to his friend.
But then something unexpected happens!
