An attack that hits from behind, tricking you into blocking the wrong way.
Definitions
You jump over the opponent and hit them on the way down so the attack lands on their back. Now they have to block the other direction — and if their brain's still pointed forward, they eat it.
As a verb: to cross up is to switch sides mid-air and flip which way they need to guard.
