Origin & Usage
A ForsenE variant superimposed with Dr Disrespect's sunglasses and mustache (a CD even reflects in the glasses). Submitted Feb 2018; the name comes from text-to-speech misreading 'D OMEGALUL C' as 'OMEGALUL CD', which chat then spammed at the TTS bot.
