IGL
In-game leader, the player who calls the team's strategy and reads.
Definitions
The brain of the team. The IGL makes the mid-round calls, sets the strats, manages the economy, and adapts to what the enemy is doing. Often not the team's best fragger, because their head is full of the bigger picture.
Being IGL is its own job. You're leading four other people in real time while still being expected to shoot. The good ones turn five players into one unit.
