A lesbian, usually masc/butch, whose thing is giving rather than receiving, and who prefers not to have their own body touched sexually. The pleasure is in pleasuring. Far from being detached, the satisfaction comes from getting their partner there. 'Stone butch' is the more common form; 'stone' on its own works as an adjective.
