The big one. International Mr. Leather is the world's most prestigious leather and fetish title, run every Memorial Day weekend in Chicago since 1979. Chuck Renslow founded it (with partner and erotic artist Dom 'Etienne' Orejudos), growing it out of the earlier 'Mr. Gold Coast' contest at his Chicago leather bar. It's the granddaddy of all leather events — by 2025, over 2,200 contestants from 28 countries had competed.
