SDI
Flicking the stick during hitlag to nudge your position frame by frame.
Definitions
Different beast from regular DI. During the freeze frames of a hit (hitlag), rapid stick inputs shove your character a little in that direction. Stack enough and you can wiggle out of a multi-hit move before the finisher connects.
It's a fingers-and-frames skill, the better your SDI, the more 'guaranteed' combos stop being guaranteed.
