A long thin plastic tube of flavoured sugar-water you stick in the freezer, then snip the top off and suck. Cheap, neon-coloured, and core to any Welsh childhood summer. Known elsewhere as a 'freeze pop' or 'ice pole' — in Wales it's a tip top and that's that.
